広報記事＃２７ ～展開検査～
二月も間もなく終わりを迎えようとしています。今年の冬は皆さん
どうだったでしょうか？
筆者は3回目の秋田の冬でしたが、降雪量は一番少なかったように
感じました。先輩方からは全然降らない冬も稀にあるよ、とは
聞いていましたがお客様の搬入道路の事を考えるとやはり雪が
少ないのは助かりますね。暦の上ではすでに春ですが、まだまだ
冷え込む日が続くので、日々の運転等には十分気を付けて本当の
春を迎えたいものです。
今回は展開検査員としての業務について掘り下げてみたいと思います。
最近頑張って展開検査をしている広報舘岡さんです。

展開検査とはお客様が搬入された産業廃棄物の中身をしっかり
確認する作業です。
廃棄物の種類・形状・状態など全てをこの作業の中で見定め、検
査内容に相当する料金をお客様に説明し承諾を戴きます。
中には発火性のある物、臭気の強い物、油やペンキ等の液状
の物、バッテリー、薬品類、食品類等の処分出来ない荷物が混入
している場合もありますので、確実に有無を確認します。
受け入れ可能な廃棄物種類であっても長尺物や飛散し易い状態
の物等は、作業に影響が出ない様に別途に処理が必要になる為、
割増し料金になる事をお客様に説明し納得してもらいます。
また、展開検査と同時に選別作業も実施しています。
木屑、段ボール、金属屑、プラスチックス等リサイクル品目を
選別し回収を進めています。
以上の作業を重機を使って的確に且つスピーディーに行わなけ
ればなりません。また展開検査はお客様と直接やり取りする
接客業務でもあります。
挨拶に始まり、検査した内容をしっかり伝えて納得して安全に
帰って戴くのも展開検査員の仕事です。
展開検査には、重機を操作する技量ももちろん必要ですが、
日頃から物事をよく観察する目を養う事が大切だと感じています。
一点を捉える集中力、広い視野で考える力、様々な角度で見る
観察力など色々な要素が問われる作業だと思います。
まだまだ自分には至らない部分が多過ぎて勉強と経験が必要です
が、しっかりこなしていけるようになるのが今一番の課題として
これからも取り組んで行きたいと思います。
礼儀正しく、明るく元気良くが弊社のカラーです。お客様に気持ち良
く荷降ろしして貰い帰って貰う。そしてまた来たいと思って戴ける
接客とはどういう接客なのだろうか。
まず、明るく、元気よく、礼儀正しく、自分の仕事に自信を持ち、あく
まで対等な立場でお客様に接すること。自信を持つ為には、しっか
り考えて現場の状態を把握し、料金等の説明も解り易く丁寧に行
える様、理解を深めておく必要があります。
誘導一つとってみても、お客様の目線に立った丁寧な誘導が大切
です。お客様が荷物を搬入し荷降しから帰るまで、スムーズに進む
ように常に一手二手先を考えます。
またお客様とのコミュニケーションも大切です。お互いに仕事上では
ありますが、楽しい一時を共有することが出来れば、東環に来るのが
楽しみと思って貰えるかも知れませんし、何より作業している私達が
楽しいです。ただ生真面目に作業的にならないように、自然と笑顔が
こぼれるような接客を皆で行えば、それは職場の雰囲気を明るくし、
その渦は会社全体を良い方向に導き、お客様を引き込む流れを作
れるはずです。
