産業廃棄物の処理をする際には
業務の委託契約を書面で行わなくてはなりません。
委託契約を締結することはゴミを出す事業者にとっても
適正に処理を行う事業者にとっても非常に大切なことです
契約業務を担当して3年弱になります。
前任者から引き継いだときは、まだ何もわからず全く手探りの状態でしたが、
お客様に質問を受けたことなどをネットや法令の本で調べたりしながら
少しずつ身に着けてきました。
今ではお客様の問い合わせにも、ほぼ問題なくお答えできるようになりました。
このピンクのファイルは、そういった部分を含めてまとめた内容や契約書の記入例、
お取引先の担当者の連絡先や価格表などをまとめた（自分的には重要な）資料です。
まだまだ勉強の毎日ですが、大切な業務なので
今後もしっかり取り組んでいきます。
