7月中に新入社員が2名加わり、弊社安定型の作業場
もさらに活気付いて来ました。
慣れない環境の中、危険な箇所や注意すべき事柄な
ど、事故・怪我の無いように「安全第一」を中心に教えて
いますが、人に教えるという事は意外に難しいもので、
教えながらも自分自身が初心に立ち返る事が出来るの
で、良い刺激にもなります。
これからも自分が見本となれるように、日々精進して
いきます。
